My name is Lucy Garbett (she/they). I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Counselling Therapist, freelance musician and music teacher living on Treaty 6 land in so called Edmonton.
I am a holistic practitioner who provides virtual and in person services to clients across Canada. My practice holds a client-centered approach that focuses on a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I most frequently support clients (of all ages, faiths and gender expressions) with life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, change, healing and living life to the fullest, however I work with anyone who feels I might be the right fit for them.
